The Tally

I finally felt like counting all those jars. Here are the totals:

• 7 quarts of peaches
• 4 pints of tomato juice (won’t waste my time next year)
• 9 quarts whole Roma
• 30 quarts maters’- crushed with our hand
• 15 pints of maters’ 
• 19 quarts of green beans
• 3 pints of Ketchup
• 4 -½ pints of ketchup
• 9 pints of cubed chicken breast
• 7 quarts of vegetable soup
• 7 quarts beef stew (freezer threw a fit and had to use up some venison)
 

I’ll be canning lots more stuff as the cool weather approaches.
