We are currently all in good health and are alive. The holidays snuck up on me yet again! I will be glad when I can relax and not worry about planning anything. After Thanksgiving December 1st begins all the festivities. It will be Mr. Trenten’s 6th birthday. This summer we held the birthday bash where we celebrate ALL the children’s birthdays. However, Trenten needs a little extra attention this year. So we are throwing him a penguin party. Then we will have to gather pictures and pecans to send to friends and family. Our pecan tree did rather well this year!! Then there are more birthday parites to attend. Then the 19th will be hubby and my 4th anniversary. We have been together much longer ;~)! Then Christmas! Then maybe my mind can rest! A little at least!
Derek has been out once to hunt this season. He didn’t get a shot on anything though. Our landlord has been slow with getting Derek a permit to hunt his land. Hopefully soon he will.
The boys are growing like weeds as usual. Zackery will be 4 months old the 30th! He is teething already. I said I wasn’t going to rush him growing up but he has taken up the task all on his on! We finally got around to making Canyon’s root beer. He was pleased with the results. He wants to make more. Trenten has learned to tie his shoes and is slowing showing signs of being read to learn to read. He is working on recognizing his numbers. Asher & Leland are rowdy these days. They seem to always be up to something. Asher managed to scare me to death after busting his lip. I’m pretty good at managing small accidents without freaking completely out. When blood is gushing out and won’t stop I lose my cool and panic slightly. I did manage to stop the bleeding and found a small cut on his upper lip! It was bleeding so much I though there was at least a couple teeth missing. Nope! Just a small cut. Over the years I have managed to learn to calm myself. Sometimes these things just catch you off guard.
Maybe I will find some time to hibernate..
